Include the page URL, case number if available, the field or chart you are questioning, and what you expected to see. For a search problem, include the employer, role, city, and fiscal year filters. A screenshot can help explain a display issue.

Please do not send passports, visa documents, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal records. We can investigate how this website displays public data, but cannot change an employer’s official filing or provide immigration advice.

Source-record corrections

Compare the record with the disclosure file linked on our methodology page. If the issue is in the official filing itself, consult the Department of Labor source and its correction process. Tell us which release and record you compared so we can check our import.
