PRIVACY

Your research. Your space.

Effective October 1, 2026.

Information processed

Search terms are sent to our server to return matching public records. We do not require an account or ask for your immigration status, personal salary, or identity. Search URLs may appear in your browser history and standard hosting logs.

Infrastructure

The site uses Vercel for hosting and Neon for its database. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request metadata, and operational logs to deliver and protect the service, according to their policies. The database stores public employer filing data, not a profile of individual visitors.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

This launch does not activate advertising scripts, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. Reserved advertisement placements are placeholders. If advertising is enabled later, this notice must be updated to identify the providers, information collected, retention practices, and applicable consent choices before those scripts run. Google advertising requires disclosures about third-party cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers, along with applicable consent controls.

Public data

We publish selected employer, job, wage, worksite, case status, and case number fields from official DOL disclosure files. We do not publish contact names, emails, phone numbers, employer tax identifiers, or attorney details.

Contact and corrections

Operational privacy and correction requests can be submitted through the site owner’s verified contact channel once published. No contact form collects personal data on this launch.

For source-record corrections, refer to the Department of Labor disclosure source.
