H1B DataPoint provides public salary disclosure records for research and general information. It does not provide immigration, legal, tax, or financial advice, or employment placement services.

Accuracy and limitations

Data comes from employer-reported government disclosure files and may include errors, missing information, and subsequent revisions. Wages are not verified total compensation, and LCA certifications do not indicate visa approvals. Read the methodology before comparing records.

Responsible access

Use the service without attempting to disrupt availability, bypass controls, or misrepresent the source or meaning of records. CSV exports contain the current page of matching records; the Department of Labor provides the original bulk disclosure files.

Advertising

Advertising placements, if activated, will be labeled and will not change salary records or employer rankings. Sponsor participation does not imply endorsement or verification.

Changes

The site may update its dataset, methodology, and features. Current coverage is published on the data page.
